I hope this information will help you prepare for your wedding photos,
but it’s your day, so remember to make it YOU, and most importantly.... BREATH,
soak in the day, and the LOVE you two share.

Timelines
I suggest having a timeline with a little wiggle room. Don’t cram in too much in to a tight schedule, and plan for things to take longer than expected, having some breathing room is better than rushing, and feeling stressed.

Getting Ready
Be intentional about your getting ready location it can make or break your images. There's not much that can be done to make a dark hotel bathroom or a dirty basement look beautiful, try to pick a place that has lots of light and minimal clutter, look around at the objects in the room, and remove whatever you dont want in your images.

The Details
avoid having to track down each detail in the moment, please have all items together in a container or shoebox. Depending on how many items you may have, or if you are getting ready at separate locations, this means there may need to be a box for each his and hers.

Ceremony
Ensure you've communicated clearly with your officiant about the allotted time for your ceremony to run smoothly. Directly after the ceremony, have a designated space where you two can soak in your first moments together as a married couple!

Formal Photos
If you have specific ideas for your bridal party photos, please share them with me. It's crucial for the entire bridal party to know precisely where and when they should be throughout the wedding day.
It’s also helpful to remind everyone to keep their personal floral accessories like bouquets and boutonnieres handy.

Reception
Please communicate with your wedding planner or DJ to turn off any colorful, strobe lighting, and any other distracting lighting. There should only be warm ambient lighting for the entrance, first dance, any special parent dances, and during cake cutting.
